TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“Just in case you think you’re all that…you’re not!” This is the summary of our Bible verse for today in a nutshell. Don’t think of yourself too highly. If you do, you may not depend upon the Lord. Instead, you will attempt to make decisions in your own wisdom, do things in our own power, and walk in your own strength. But, those who know the Lord are humble. They understand their limitations, yet also understand the power of God to help them think and act in the proper ways.
Romans 12:3
“For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.”
