Missions is at the very heart of God’s plan for the world. From the beginning, God intended for His glory to be made known to all nations, tribes, and tongues. In 1 Chronicles 16:24, we see King David leading Israel in worship and calling them to proclaim God’s greatness beyond their borders. This verse reminds us that sharing the good news about God’s love and salvation is not just for those near us but for people everywhere. Missions is about carrying the message of God’s marvelous deeds—His creation, His provision, and especially His gift of salvation through Jesus Christ—to those who have never heard. As followers of Christ, we are all called to be part of this mission, whether by praying, giving, going, or simply by learning more about the great opportunities to change the world through missions participation!

Pray It
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your amazing love and the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Help us to be faithful in sharing Your glory and Your marvelous deeds with others, both near and far. Open our hearts to see how we can participate in Your mission, whether through praying, giving, or going. Bless those who are serving as missionaries and guide them as they proclaim Your name among the nations. May we be a family that honors You by declaring Your greatness in all we do. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
