"Living Life to the Fullest"
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” – John 10:10
Discover It
In John 10:10, Jesus contrasts Himself with the enemy, Satan. The enemy seeks to steal joy, destroy relationships, and pull people away from God’s truth. However, Jesus came to give life—real, abundant, and eternal life. This doesn’t mean a life free from trouble, but one filled with God’s peace, purpose, and presence. True abundance isn’t found in wealth or status but in knowing Jesus, walking in His love, and living according to His plan.
Ask It
1. What do you think it means to have an “abundant life”?
2. Can you think of ways the enemy tries to steal our joy and peace?
3. How does following Jesus lead to a more fulfilling life?
Live It
1. Think of some practical ways you and your family or friends can experience the full life Jesus offers.
2. Realize that the world tells us success is in money, fame, or pleasure, but Jesus shows that true fulfillment comes from knowing God.
3. Know that, although the enemy’s attacks are real, we can overcome by staying close to Jesus.
Pray It
Dear Jesus, thank You for coming to give us life to the fullest. Help us to trust in You and not be deceived by the enemy’s lies. Fill our hearts with Your peace, joy, and love. Guide me, my family, and my friends to live in a way that honors You and brings true fulfillment. In Your name, we pray. Amen.
